Now, sketch a human heart. You don’t have to be perfect or accurate. Just paint or sketch it. Doing this forces us to focus inward and centre ourselves. Here’s an inspiration:
Now enter the words we drew out last time onto the heart. Don’t think too much. Just enter the ones that pop out at you. Follow the contours of your heart.
