Collect and immerse yourself in photos/images that reflect your roots. The images need not be your actual roots. They can be images that allow you to reflect on your past, on your ancestors.
Enjoy savouring what the photos do for you. Just let them be with you. Feel how the exercise makes you extend your connections into the past and thus, into your future.
