Her name is Amanda Marie Born, she was born July 3rd, 1986 and she committed suicide in 2003 on July 6th when I was 15. Before I met her I didn’t really have many friends, if any, and she introduced me to the punk kids in Nanaimo. Without her, my life would be a very different one, and she’s my inspiration for many things, and the reason I am the way I am. It means so much to me to be able to, for lack of a better word, immortalize her in one way or another. She always wanted to raise suicide awareness as she had a few friends who had commit suicide before I met her… – Andy M.

She was my best friend when I was young I spoke at her funeral this truly breaks my heart to this day
