Make your journal your best friend. Your image-idea file, your to-do list, your companion. Invite people to write in it.

Mess it up a bit by accidentally spilling on it at the coffee shop, shove reminders in it, recipes, save some clippings.
Make it a daily routine to check in with it, to review it. IT’S YOU.
